APICA serves as fiscal agent to ommunity based organizations and projects, allowing these groups to receive tax deductible donations. Please visit them and learn how you can get involved as well. We also partner with several projects we believe build strong communities, especially those with large Asian American Pacific Islander populations.

Made in Paradise Hills
Made in Paradise Hills mission is to highlight the community with roots in Paradise Hills.
Made in Paradise Hills was a movement sparked by local community leaders, entrepreneurs, performers and artists from the small neighborhood of Paradise Hills (San Diego, California). Everyone who has helped hopes to invigorate this usually overlooked, and under-privileged neighborhood.
Despite being one of the the lowest publicly funded areas in San Diego last year, there have been many inspiring success stories that have roots here.
Made in Paradise Hills was created to showcase the neighborhood's great talent and for its visitors that carry ties to the area to feel pride in their community.
Today, the movement has evolved to connect everything in Southeast San Diego. Here you will find various community projects, a calendar of events, and a directory and blog featuring homegrown talent.
Emerging Leaders Institute
The Emerging Leaders Institute provides leadership development training for emerging leaders in San Diego. It is informing participants about issues that are affecting the community, providing training that is needed in facing those issues that will enable them to be effective change agents in their community and workplace.
